About Me

Now thats a very good question.

.

My Image

I believe that the Church should be a visable prescence, which is why i started The OutPost as the Church on the street in Northampton

My Image

I Believe in the unwavering prescence, the unbreakable promise and the unequaled power of the one true living God

My Image

I believe without apology the Jesus Christ is the living Word of God, equal to the Father and one with the Holy Spirit. Alive, active and awesome.

My Image

I believe that God longs to meet with all mankind, to build an amazing and intimate one on one relationship with everyone, We just need to listen.

My Life

My Image

My life to this point has been an interesting and varied one. Raised in my early years within a "christian" home, although having a bully for a father kinda took the edge of the whole church thing for me.

I ended up in care during my very early teens, progressing onto a life of crime, violence, drugs and prison. With which came countless relationships and numerous reputations for not being a very nice bloke.

During the summer of 1990 i had an encounter with the God who is that changed my life, and my direction.

I moved to London where i joined the Elim Pentecostal Church, was trained in ministry at the Nantwich Bible College and was released to train fellowships in evangelism and outreach.

Around the year 2000, having returned to Northamptonshire, life choices took a turn for me which led to my turning away from ministry and the church for 16 years. During this time i chose to, knowing the consequences, run from all that God had laid before me.

However in 2016 God decided enough was enough, got hold of me by the scruff and started to deal with a number of issues within my life.

Now by His grace i have the privalige to serve Northampton as its Street Chaplain and begin to fulfil the call to ministry He has refreshed and restored within me.

Called to serve as Chaplain on the streets of Northampton amongst the homeless, the prostitutes and all those who Christ would call " The least of these"

“Radical obedience to Christ is not easy... It's not comfort, not health, not wealth, and not prosperity in this world. Radical obedience to Christ risks losing all these things. But in the end, such risk finds its reward in Christ. And he is more than enough for us.”

Genesis 3:

Gods Order Reversed

Genesis Chapter 3 is the story of the fall. Its a period in time where the actions and choices of one man and one woman have caused ripples throughout history, right to this present day. Its a period in time where the Divine order of things as ordained within creation was reversed, the consequences of

which have been upsetting the balance of relationship between man and woman ever since.

 1 Kings 19:

Mantles

There are mantles available to be picked up.

Mantles bringing a future and a hope.

Mantles of ministry.

Mathew 1:

Levi's Genes

If we could all of us pick our own family tree, choose our own ancestors and heritage. I wonder what it would look like?                                                       What pedigree would we pick for ourselves? Who would fill those branches?   Statesmen? Great inventors? Sporting heroes?  Rich and famous?

Just what characteristics would we desire?
